Refund Policy

1. General Policy

Trendy Onyx provides appointment-based nail services. No physical or digital products are sold on this website.

All policies outlined below apply to service appointments only.

2. Cancellation Policy

We understand that schedules can change. To respect our time and other clients, we ask for:

  • At least 24 notice for cancellations or rescheduling

3. Late Arrivals

If you are more than 10 minutes late, we may:

  • Adjust the service to fit the remaining time, or

  • Consider the appointment a no-show, the appointment will need to be rescheduled. 

This ensures we stay on schedule for all clients.

4. Refunds

Because payment is typically for time reserved and services rendered:

  • We do not offer refunds for completed services, unless the nail technician offers one to you

  • Refunds are not provided for missed appointments or last-minute cancellations

  • If you experience an issue with your service, please contact us within 2 days, and we will gladly work with you to resolve it
